"My name is Walker, I’m from Orinda. I came to see Dr. Karas for an extraction and a dental implant. When I walked into the practice, everybody made me feel comfortable. Everybody was very organized and coordinated and friendly. Dr. Karas– I immediately could sense he was very confident, experienced, and articulate. He’s kind of the leader of the ship.
