Safety and Comfort Come First

Oral surgeons are trained and qualified to safely administer all types of anesthesia. Dr. Nestor Karas completed this residency in addition to his medical residency, as he holds both dental and medical degrees. With this level of skill and expertise, he can safely ensure you are as comfortable as possible during any surgical procedure.

Types of Anesthesia

There are three main types of anesthesia that we use at our practice:

At Muir Oral, Facial, & Dental Implant Surgery, we are proud to be a part of the Walnut Creek community and help our patients achieve better oral health. We encourage you to contact our office to schedule an appointment. Dr. Karas will design a treatment plan unique to your needs.
