Oral surgeons are trained and qualified to safely administer all types of anesthesia. During their residency programs, oral surgeons gain hands-on training administering anesthesia and monitoring patients during a variety of procedures. Dr. Nestor Karas completed this residency in addition to his medical residency, as he holds both dental and medical degrees. With this level of skill and expertise, he can safely ensure you are as comfortable as possible during any surgical procedure.
